2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE DRY?
> Over 80% of dry cleaning appointments are dry in less than 120 minutes.
> Heavily soiled areas may take 8+ hours to dry.
3. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CLEAN?
> 2 to 3 hours for most households depending on hair & soil levels.
> We can clean up to 2000 square feet per hour in average household.
4. IS OUR CLEANING PROCESS IT SAFE?
> Yes! Call or Email for MSDS or special needs inquiries.
5. HOW DOES QUALITY COMPARE TO OTHER FORMS OF CLEANING?
> Dry is extraction is perfect for light and moderately soiled carpets.
> Heavily soiled carpets will need BOTH processes: Dry Extraction and Traditional Hot Water Extraction.
6. CAN WE REMOVE PET SMELLS, STAINS AND HAIRS?
> Yes however pet treatments maybe necessary in certain cases.
7. DO WE MOVE FURNITURE?
> We do not move furniture due to liability issues.
> We typically only allot maximum of 2 hours for each household appointment.

8. ANY PRE-APPOINTMENT PREPARATIONS?
> We strongly recommend vacuuming 24 hours before and after for best results. Additional fee will applying for vacuuming if needed.
